Update Conference Prague 2021
The fourth year of The Update Conference Prague which took place on November 18th - 19th 2021, was the largest .NET developer conference in the Czech Republic. The conference continued the success of the previous year and allowed .NET developers from the Czech Republic and other countries to meet with foreign experts.
We put maximum effort to invite new faces from all over the world. They can bring new knowledge and different perspectives to the attendees. This year, we invited a total of 32 speakers from 12 countries. In addition to their sessions, they networked with the attendees and were available for questions.
There were three halls with more than 42 sessions in total.
- .NET Framework, .NET Core
- Azure & Serverless
- Machine Learning, ML.NET
- IoT, Virtual Reality
- Web Development
- SQL Server
- DevOps & Testing
- Xamarin & Mobile Development
- Cloud & Mobile Security
The whole conference was accompanied by the program that our partners have prepared. Attendees could wind down in Chill-out Zone by ITIXO, have fun at Tech & Fun Zone by RIGANTI. Other Partners like Sony and Microsoft demonstrated latest technologies.
They could also chat with the developers of DotVVM, an open source framework developed by RIGANTI.
Thanks to your feedback, which we greatly appreciate, we can continually improve the Conference and invite other interesting speakers to the Czech Republic.
Nearly time for my second session at @update_conf to wrap up day one of the conference. I'll be introducing #Elasticsearch and how developers can get started using the #dotnet client. This will be the world premiere of this new talk! 😀#UpdateConferencePrague2021 pic.twitter.com/75z52prfQH— Steve Gordon (fosstodon.org/@stevejgordon) (@stevejgordon) November 18, 2021

In-person talks are still the best! ❤️— René Schulte (@rschu) November 18, 2021
Had a great time giving my talk at @update_conf and received good feedback from the attendees. 🙏
Being onstage, leveraging full body language, stage space and interaction with the audience is so much better than any virtual talk. 🙌 pic.twitter.com/pEbfVbRKTE
