An experienced project manager, Vili has managed multiple international programs in the field of IT, ranging from hardware transition and transformation projects to Internet of Things manufacturing and deployments to software development. She is PMP, PMI-ACP and PSM II certified. With experience in traditional project management as well as agile and hybrid delivery approaches, she truly believes you can achieve anything by investing time to build an effective team. Vili’s currently a senior project manager and project management team lead at the software development company ScaleFocus and a project management trainer at Fulbright Bulgaria.
