Conference Guide

The Update Conference that you are all looking forward to is starting this Thursday, November 22.
Registration starts at 8:30 AM at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague located in Prague Vysočany, close to the Vysočanská metro station, line B.
Address: Freyova 33, 190 00 Prague.
You can find the information on how to get to there on the Transportation page.
We recommend arriving 30 - 60 minutes before the start of the first session, to have enough time to register, put your coat in the cloakroom, have a morning tea or coffee and take a seat.

You don't need to print any confirmation e-mails or registration info, you'll just need to tell us your name and company at the registration desk.

There will be several coffee breaks during the conference, in which you can have hot and cold drinks and snacks.
The buffet lunch starts at 11 AM and will be served at the dining room located one floor below the conference space - just go down the escalators and continue straight ahead.
If you specified any dietary requirements or have any food allergies, check the signs with a description of the meals, or contact anyone from the conference staff - they will help you with finding the right meal.
We have also prepared a few workshops for you. You can learn about text and sentiment analysis at Kentico, one of the conference partners. And you can talk to the authors of Czech open source projects - DotVVM and PeachPie.
The afterparty starts immediately after the last session of the first day of the conference - 22nd November at 6 PM and will take place in the foyer of the venue.
The party is free for all attendees and you don't have to register for it. We encourage you to network with the speakers, MVPs, attendees, and enjoy snacks and drinks.
You can log in at the conference website and select the sessions you are planning to visit. There is a useful page called "My Program" where you can view your personal schedule at any time.
